They're opening one in South Fayetteville. Is it good?

You mean...will the white leftist Fayetteville trust fund babies virtue signal the frick out of Central BBQ because their lilly white asses need more experience with black people other than the two new BFF's who joined their company 7 weeks ago?

maybe not

white trust fund lefties actually prefer only artwork of black people hanging on the walls, rather than actual black people

I think the secret to BBQ is merging the high fat content meat with the stuff that gets dry while cooking, mix it together I think

then whatever dry crap can't be salvaged with meat fat, soak it and resoak it and resoak it again in vinegar and sauce

I know I'm wrong but I'm hitting "Submit" anyway

I hope they have gluten-free options. Like ribs.

I am a little enthusiastic about trying a new place for BBQ. Penguin Ed's is ok. Whole Hog is ok. Wright's is too busy and too far north in Johnson.

I enjoy Sassy's ribs and pretty girls, but I don't venture out Wedington for any reason, and the central Fay one is too busy and hard to park.

It's fine but wasn't my favorite. However, it is far better than the overrated Rendevous.

Used to travel there several times a year for work. and at least 2 days a week they would Central cater lunch. I thought it was a pretty good change up from the type of BBQ I was used to in GA.

Then again, I may be confusing it with German Town Commissary. Either way I thought both were good.

It did strike me as odd that consider spaghettis to be a side for pulled pork BBQ.

Coleslaw on BBQ sandwiches seemed odd at first too, but I tried because....when in Rome. That too was not a bad change up.

Gf and I tried it on the way to Nashville a few weeks back and the Golden sauce wings were so good we stopped again at a different location on the way back. I think we put down 5lbs of wings each way, they were godly

I like Smoking Joes and Dickys is ok. NWA isn't far from Kansas City that is known for BBQ but here we just don't have many.

Not gonna shout you down on this.

I agree that is something new for me, and I liked it. BUT. Most of the time, give me good bread, fricking fantastic meat, and some kick arse sauce.....I will love the damn slaw but put it on the side.

I am pretty sure you are decendant William Tecumseh!

Your last name is Sherman ain't it. I live not far from Savannah so I am still wounded.

Not related really.

Gus Fried Chicken is great.... Yeah, It is fried chicken, but it is good.

Butcher's Block is good

Houston's has pretty good prime rib

Dyer's.... simple burger place off Beale...relatively cheap greasy as all hell but you will be able say you been there.

Go "Walking in Memphis."....Try not get dead.
