Used to hit them with whiffle ball bats when I was a kid.

I rarely see one, they were plentiful growing up. It’s a shame mosquitoes couldn’t share their fate.

I saw a few this year. We had a dry summer. Not sure if that had anything to do with not seeing them much.

Your county was loaded with them in my youth. I was going to blame over breeding of MBA's as the cause of their dwindling numbers but now you have given me an alternate theory based on "The Butterfly Effect"

I mentioned this to my wife (no pics) the other day. I used to see a ton of them when I was younger but now they're pretty sparse.
