Clearly, what is needed is a contract template for ban bets. The determined length and parameters can all be adjusted, but the template has to be copied and pasted by both parties to count as a signature.

If you have proof then why are you hiding it?
If you asked if he wanted to make a permaban bet and then he said "Sure why not" that doesn't obligate him to whatever terms you come up with after that. Unless you laid out the terms and then he accepted the terms, then there's no agreement.
I don't know what did or didn't happen but so far you haven't said anything indicating an agreement.
