This came up a few months ago on Kentucky Sports Radio of all places. I mean who the hell could be against such a law?

Apparently the answer is horse breeders, farmers and oddly hunters?

Here's an article with more detail and I think the title says it all

Bill Would Ban Sex with Pets but not other Animals

Who the hell is going to confuse horse breeding with horse fricking?

If you’re a state that had to make it a felony, then you probably had a problem at some point.

This is what I always thought

Apparently putting ice cream in you pants on Sunday was a problem so they did make a law about that in KY.

In terms of very serious, not only does KY have an anti dueling law but it is in the constitution of the state that does not allow holding a public office if you have engaged in a duel personally or acted as a second or third to one who has.

Yea I’m not buying that. We know that beastiality is a thing that happens in some unknown but given portion of any human population, that’s why almost every polity has some kind of law or effective law about it. The fact that Kentucky doesn’t have one is an endorsement of the act.

He needed killin was a legal defense in the state of KY at least through the 1970's. I am guessing many laws of other states are not on the books in KY because mountain justice makes such a law redundant.

Still illegal to carry an ice cream cone in your pocket though!

Then of course in London KY its illegal to have sex on a parked motorcycle. The law says nothing about a moving Motorcycle so Bobby Petrino could still interview for that high school job in London.

I thought they tried to get lots of old laws off the books and that was one of them. Too bad if they did not.

Politicians by nature want to put a law on the books with their name for election purposes. I would love to have somebody run to just take obsolete laws off the books and make other laws easier to understand for the average citizens. Lawyers get paid to much to ever let this happen tho.

Beastiality is legal in DC. Just goes to show that the politicians are animals that partake in fricking over the American Citizens, so of course they keep beastiality legal in DC so they can continue on, as is tradition.
