Post more on here and if you dont already work out, start going or running. Its what helped me get over my ex. I actually love her and still do but I'm on the tail end of it all. For months I couldnt stop thinking about her so working out and running helped suppress that.

this is true, nothing better than staying busy with school and working out to get through tough times.
it also gives you more options when you are in good physical condition so its a win win for you

Ive lost some weight and ive been complimented on it several times and its given me much better confidence when I go out.

I play golf almost daily and play basketball a few times a week, so I stay pretty busy with activities. Im a positive person, so it's hard to keep me down. I'll bounce back. Thanks for the advice.

i went to the range for the first time in a while the other day and it wasn't pretty to start

I was excited about him coming to Baltimore but if they wont be able to help him get his shite together I'm glad he will be gone after the season. Sometimes I believe you cant take the thug out of someone.
