Made me think of John Wayne Gacy, a real life "IT." I wonder if he was the inspiration for Stephen King's thriller?

I had a bad experience as a kid with clowns about 17 years ago during the 2000 new year celebration.

I'm looking forward to this one. Features Finn Wolfhard (from Stranger Things) as Richie, looks like it's going to stay incredibly true to the miniseries and the book, and not get too "flashy" for it's own good.
I'd absolutely kill for HBO, Showtime, or STARZ to do a miniseries of some of Stephen King's short stories with today's production values.
