True, but at what point did it become taboo to be proud of your heritage as long as you're willing to recognize the warts and all? I have a Southern heritage I'm proud of but I wouldn't fly a Rebel flag out of respect for others.
People (not saying you specifically) have gone a bit overboard with this whole "You have to shite on your Southern heritage because of the Civil War" BS. It's such a damn PC response.
Oh and Rick Barnes is in Texas. Therefore not everything in Texas is better.

Bull shite. I saw Kid Rock at the Houston Rodeo on a random Wednesday night and ended up being with someone that spent $8k at Treasure's. Craziest, most-American, and most illegal Wednesday night of my life. None of that shite could have happened in Wyoming.
