Dayyyyuuuuummmmm, GRRM must have been bullied by a Stark sometime in his life, because he damn sure hates the name and promotes their genocide.

He doesn't like the noble hero archetype, and the Starks are his way of letting the world know it.

Either way, it's episodes like this that cement GoT as the best show on television right now. I love Walking Dead, but it ain't got shite on GoT.

HBO >>>>>>>>>>>>> errbody else.

My biggest fear is that they start doing 2 seasons per book instead of one because Martin takes so goddamned long to finish a book and they want to give him a chance to finish before finishing the show. That would really water it down a lot and result in a lot of filler type episodes.

I think two seasons per book is going to happen, and I'm still not sure if the final books will be released in time.

Me either. It has been ~2 years since DwD was released, and after taking 6 months off to binge on donuts, cheese, and bacon, Martin got started on Winds of Winter. It'll probably be 2016 when book 6 comes out and 2021 for book 7.

Half book seasons would mean:

3.5 = 2014
4.0 = 2015
4.5 = 2016
5.0 = 2017
5.5 = 2018
6.0 = 2019
6.5 = 2020
7.0 = 2021
7.5 = 2022

So yeah...he's going to need to pick up the pace in a big way to make it happen even with half book seasons.

Go check out their thread on the M/TV board. Some of them are going to quit watching.

Thanks, BTW. I didn't even know that board existed!

Cheeseburger if you're around, please put that there are Game of Thrones spoilers in the title. I'd be pretty pissed if I clicked on this and got spoiled over it.

I see deer literally every night. Same for possums and armadillos.

This animal I have literally never seen on the road in my life
