That shits in the past. If they're drug and disease free why would it bother anyone? If its just social reputation you're concerned about well the south leads the nation in porn searches according to google. So that just makes her a southern belle.

That may be true in some cases, but not all. It may surprise you to know that many females enjoy the act. For some it's more of a sub/dom type thing than it is anything to do with homosexuality.
