Quite a big mouth from behind your computer. I am sorry Louisiana is a poor state but no reason to hate Texas.

That's actually a very good law, and, as far as I can tell, pretty much all states have this law on the books (the concept of it goes back to the entire reason that the Interstate was made a minimum of two lanes to begin with). I wish that they would actually enforce it here in Alabama.
