Thuggery is celebrating and embracing criminal culture. Simply sharing a picture of or with a gun doesn’t qualify as that, it would depend on the context. I haven’t seen your picture or his.
From reading the WP article his family is saying the guy had a CCP and if that’s true then my opinion would change. If he was carrying illegally I have far less sympathy.

I'm team #LiGlock. I think he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. He did nothing that led to his death. I don't need to see any camera footage. Just a guy out trying to do some Christmas shopping with his friends.

You think I'm trolling? A young man died over a crime he didn't commit. Anyway you slice it, whether you think he was a thug or not, he didn't deserve to die and it's a tragedy. This is nothing to troll about.

He didn't shoot anybody and if he did anything aggressive or life threatening towards the officer I'm sure we would have heard about it by now

When running from a scene of a shooting it is always a great idea to brandish your firearm in case police are around so they know you have a gun.

What a colossal screw up by the Hoover PD coming out and saying the shooter was dead before really investigating. I hope they get their pants sued off of them. I've seen some really fricked up reports from people claiming to be witnesses, but I'm not going to post them because I can't verify their authenticity. If some of them are true, it's going to be very ugly for the Hoover PD.
