Australia and New Zealand were on the winning side of two world wars. Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne are all in the Southern part of Australia. As is Perth but its stuck way the hell over on the other side of Australia.

New Zealand made the Lord of the Ring movies.

You can't get much further South then Australia and New Zealand.

Totally right. I forgot about the San Antonio slip up.

Weren't some Tennessee boys involved in the failure ?

Not as many as were involved in the arse-whipping that came afterwards.

North has an inherent advantage. Just look at the map...they are always running down hill when fighting in the Northern Hemisphere.

The combatants on lower ground would be at a disadvantage if attacking uphill. In a defensive situation, the opposition coming down from higher ground would be silhouetted. Correct ?

lol just FYI I'm not a Jayhawk fan. I was living in Kansas at the time I made this account, I'm not from there and I don't live there now. I was living in kind of central/west Kansas and I prefer Kansas State to Kansas by a wide margin.

If this is your choice, just make sure Colorado annexes it.

What town? I grew up in Kansas so I'm curious. I preferred K-State to KU also.

Manhattan then JC, then out toward Salina. K-State really grew on me, they have the whole family thing going in a similar way to what I've seen from Auburn as I'm sure you know. I really don't care for KU.

Whereabouts for you?

Hays, which a little farther west than Salina. I love Manhattan, I think it's a great little college town. My wife is a KSU grad, so I might be biased.
