Grilling is never a bad option, as it adds a little smokiness and those awesome grill marks.

Just remember, it's steak. It's really hard to frick up a steak short of waaaay overcooking.

I have no idea what Slap Ya Mama is. 
A good steak doesn't need anything other than salt and pepper though.

You ever get that e-mail from a teacher saying that the papers she is in the process of grading are highly disappointing? I'm nervous now because I have a 95 and this paper counts 20% of our final grade

I think that is against teacher ethics to say something like that.

With the grade you have now even if you made a C on the paper they should scale the grades so it doesnt drop you down to a B

No. They must be really disappointing if she takes the effort to do that.
You need a 90 to make an A, but just a 70 to make an A- by the way

95.06 is my current grade according to moodle (site we use similar to blackboard) this counts for 20% so if I pulled a 70% I am not sure how it will scale. We took 2 test in the class and the rest were all assignments that counted for 20-25 points

Your total points at the moment should be 76. That means you need a 18/20 (90%) on the paper to keep an A, assuming your A scale is 94-96
