I can’t imagine what she’s been through and the sad fact that she doesn’t have her mother and father to come home to.

I don't want to think about that stuff, it's truly horrible.

I want to know who the frick did this and I want him to fry which unfortunately won't happen.

Press conference is tomorrow at 10 AM central.

"KSTP's Beth McDonough said a source reports a teenage girl is said to have walked up to a woman walking her dog in Douglas County Thursday afternoon, screaming that a man had murdered her parents."

Wow, that's amazing news that I don't think most people expected anymore

I feel so bad for this poor girl though. I can't even imagine what her mental and emotional state is right now, or going forward from here...

21 year old male. Can't remember his name from the vid I watched.

They just had presser.

They seem in support of Jayme, but still don't know much other and investigation will continue.

She was taken, and stayed at hospital overnight.

Supportive community planning a parade for her - cool, but weird to discuss in press conference Imo.

I think it's been 88+ days. Hard that a 21 yr old male & 13 year old survived that long without being seen.

Jayme saw someone out with dog, told her, police arrived after.

Her entire life has been destroyed and she is going to need good, loving people in her life moving forward or she will never recover.

I pray for the day that this shite comes to an end. God willing it is coming soon.

And we do need a wall. A long one. So we can line all these cowardly predator types up against it and put an end to this bullshite once and for all.

Slavery is still a very big problem. I've seen estimates that human trafficking is the #1 black market industry in the world. More money flows through this abhorrent practice that even narcotics trade.

That means a lot of people are still being bought and sold. A lot. And right under our noses.

ETA: and the worst part about it, from what I understand, is that a lot of these people who are actually abducting people (people like this sack of shite in that pic above my post) are doing this because they are being blackmailed into doing these things for the benefit of people above them on the totem pole.

These sick fricks get people's family in tricky situations and threaten their family if they don't play along with their sick games. It keeps the controller's faces out of the news.

The good news is though is that they're going down as we speak.

Any news on this? Did he see her at the birthday party the previous day or stalk her online? This was not random, most likely.

Haven't heard anything but I haven't been plugged in. Didn't watch the presser. Will get the local scoop when I head out that way next week.

The Rice Lake Chronotype has some good articles on the pressers held since the girl was found.

Rice Lake Chronotype:

That was a serious dick move by the paper. They know they own barrels of ink and can easily frick with people and their families, and do so mercilessly.

They’re not fake news, they’re good people. The Dorrances are really nice. It deserved to be on the front page. It just felt kind of like a hit piece at the time but it wasn’t.

I posted the gif in jest.

I have seen news publications make hits on persons who have raised their ire and their families for spite and destroy people and their families. I have no sympathy for them when karma catches up.

Ah yea for sure man, definitely no fan of the media, the bigger the worse imo though I’m sure opportunities for scuminess abound at the local level as well.

The local level can be worse because of how personal it gets, and the ease at which many people are convinced of what is printed, when the person about whom it was printed has no platform to refute or explain it. I’ve seen people’s lives, families and businesses destroyed because of a personal grudge by local publishers or reporters.
