To this day, that is some of the most professional alcohol consumption I have ever seen by one person. Respect.

Is this the only way Iowa gets relevant this season?

I see one of the following in her near future:
death by alcohol poisoning
death by drunk driving
sexually assaulted
victim of domestic violence
reality show

I know plenty of girls like her and I'm glad to say that it seems like its just a college thing. Most start to grow out of it by senior year and I dont know any post-grad that still act that way.
I know one girl who can't even have 1 drink, she gets blackout every time she drinks and always has to be carried home from a bar, passes out at 9pm, or acts like a complete bitch.
There is one guy I know that is same age as me (23) and still drinks like an 18 year old freshman. Gets sloppy drunk, always loses phone, passes out in random places, acts like a fool, etc. I passed right by him outside of the stadium in Miami and he was so hammered he didn't even recognize me.

Mention it to your wife or mother in law that we need to do a party for an away game.

I know a guy that's 23 that does the exact same thing still. He'll get so drunk he can't tell you his own name. I can't even get that drunk. Never really have been able to. Now I'll do and say some incredibly stupid things, but I can't get falling down, unable to speak drunk. Partially tolerance, partially the ability to realize when to go pass out on my couch from experience.

When I lived in my fraternity house I used to get hammered all the damn time but I rarely drink heavily now. If I am drinking just beer I can't get too bad but if I mix in some shots or liquor it's game over. Gamedays are also some of my finer moments because I drink nothing but liquor.
That might be changing this season because I can't nurse 2 day hangovers anymore.

It's CRAZY how much worse a hangover gets as you approach 30..

It's hard not too. Particularly for those of us that really enjoy drinking.

I'm just now getting recovered from Thursday-Saturday.

Living in a fraternity house was fun and convenient but it was way to easy to find excuses to drink when we really didn't need to. Thursday at 1:30pm, its sunny, plenty of people of campus, lets bring the speakers out to the front porch and buy some beer.

Been there once or twice.
Or even worse, there's liquor and mixers left over from one of semester kickoff parties, might as well drink it on Monday.

Would smash, except I'd never know if the consent was real or not.
