Raw Oysters... Just not the gamble of catching Hep C.
It's actually Hep A that you can get. Not Hep C. Hep A goes away after a bad bout of diarrhea. (Liver failure is very rare with Hep A.). Hep C stays around forever and chance of liver failure is high.
And I'm not a fan of oysters either.

Pimento Cheese.
Every 5 years or so, someone will convince me to try "the best ever" Pimento Cheese. And EVERY time, it still sucks.
I can't exactly pin point it, but there is something about the dissonance of the texture and the taste that makes me want to puke.

A moderate amount of pimento cheese on top of a burger in place of a slice of cheese is good. A pimento cheese sandwich is not enjoyable to me though.
And leave it to Prison Mike to know the ins and outs of hepatitis

Y'all mother frickers have no taste in food. Two of my top 10 foods listed in the first page - collard greens and raw oysters.
For me it's beignets, cupcakes (gourmet), veal, and carrots. I hate carrots.

Raw carrots I understand. Do you still not like them if they're steamed or grilled?

I felt exactly the same way for over 40 years, then last year a friend made some to try to convince me to try it again. It was really good. The difference between that and, say, Mrs. Stratton's or something is striking.

Grew up on that stuff. Best way to eat it is alone. Toasted white bread with mayo and Pimento Cheese
Or just put it on crackers.
Im not a big fan of greens. Collard or Turnip greens. Don't really care for spinach either.
But my answer to this question is Crawfish. A lot of work for very little reward. Give me shrimp anyday

Cabbage. The people I know who E at it absolutely love it. About the only way I eat it is when it's raw and shredded into a slaw/salad. And it fricking reeks when you cook it.
Corned beef and cabbage is one of the foulest things I've ever had.

Any kind. The only thing I can eat carrot related is a carrot suffle which still doesn't taste that great. Always hated them.

I take it you are not Irish?
How do you feel about the 3rd part of the Irish trifecta?

Funny enough, I actually am Irish. It was a staple in my life growing up but I've never liked it.
Now potatoes are a different story. It's impossible to have a bad potato.
