I think this series is brilliant. I've just started season 4 and the 4th episode entitled Hang the DJ may be one of the best stories ever put on film, IMO.

I watched the first 3.
PM fricking a pig, the one where they cycle for currency, and the one with the implants that store memories.
Not a bad show. I need to watch some of the better ones since they don't have a continuous storyline

I think every episode is strong, but I like the few episodes with a feel good ending more than the others. The dystopian nightmare scenario is a little heavy at times.
White Bear is a good episode
San Junipero is probably my second favorite behind Hang the DJ.
And I can't remember the name of the episode where the soldiers were killing off the zombie like creatures, but that one was a mind bender. (Men Against Fire; season 3)

I've watched the first two. The PM and the pig was great. The second one was ho hum. After I get through with the second season of The Colony I'll get back to BM. I like that every story is different. I can fit them between the series I like on Netflix.
ETA: I was wondering how the PM got an erection for the pig. Did I miss him taking Viagra or something?

I would have to rewatch it to be sure, but it seems like they DID give him an injection for that.

Sprechen sie deutsch? I started to watch that series but it's difficult to keep up with the action while similtaneously reading subtitles.

You have to watch it two or three times before everything sinks in because you miss a lot reading the subtitles. But it is worth it.

Yes. It is very good. You will have tow watch it a couple of times to get all the characters down.

Fantastic show. And agree Hang the DJ is epic. Have had many discussions with people on the meaning of that episode.

Watching right now. Pretty good stuff but season 4 has been disappointing so far.

It doesn't have the same twists that made earlier seasons so amazing. It's also beat the "living in a simulated reality" idea to death.

I've seen four episodes it is really enjoyable. I am trying to catch up on GOT and Gotham right now though then I'll probably go back to it.

We were discussing how any society that allows that level of intrusion into someone's life is necessarily a totalitarian socialist state. And while that's pretty terrible, given time the system would create a perfect harmony.
Aside from the political type ramifications of that episode, the story was just beautiful, man. One of the more profound love stories I've seen.
