Coach Bryant & Dolly Parton in 9 to 5 Movie

Not many people know this, but Bryant was in the 9 to 5 movie with Dolly Parton. I bet he enjoyed working with her.

I believe he got about $50 in 1980 when the movie was made. That is the equivalent of $28,000 today.

I remember seeing on the news when I was a kid about when they had a reunion before his death. I always wondered what he meant by " I didn't know if they were going to hug me or punch me" until I saw the movie. Great movie.

I was a tiny thing but remember when Coach Bryant died. The Interstate was lined with people from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham. He was my Hero.

Him, Wilkerson and Rupp were the original no nonsense coaches and I miss that.

What if the 1:33 chick had some "7 degrees of Kevin Bacon" thing tying her to Bryant AND Saban!
