There are 3 states that are behind Alabama in quality if life, infrastructure, education, obesity, places to raise a family, etc, etc, and they are Mississippi, New Mexico, and you guessed it Louisiana. Well, you probably didn't guess it but the other 99.9% of us understand this and we laughed and laughed and laughed some more.
