Actually work out with heavy weights on a consistent basis. Eat. Sleep.

Start the 5x5 routine. Very simple. Focus on compound exercises like squats, bench, deadlifts, rows, etc.
Eat lots and lots of clean protein rich food.

I've been using tires for a while to get stronger forearms, biceps, triceps and back. Functional strength with mass added on.

Eat more clean protein than you are currently eating, and that you think you should eat. Don't overdo cardio.

Not sure if srs? If so, then read on:
1) Steroids are easiest way. Since you're on SECrant offtopic forum looking for weightlifting advice, I doubt that you're a big researcher. Don't do steroids. You'll end up with bitch tits and a giant scrotum.
2) Lift heavier. Other people have already pointed that out. Starting Strength is a great program. 5x5 is a great program. Either will get you more muscle.
3) Creatine actually works and won't give you bitch tits. Use it if you want.
4) Actually do the fricking work and stick with it.

Time under tension is the answer you're looking for.
The idea would be to take 3 seconds on your negative, hold for 2 seconds and then take 1 second to bring it back up.
This is generally used with anything from 60-80% of your max weight for 4x6or8 or the good old 5X5
Use this method for anything, pushups, ect. If you were doing it with pushups you'd probably take 4 seconds down, 4 hold, and then 4 to come up. Finish with some normal pace reps.
The negative is hugely important and often neglected.

Do you really need someone to explain clean protein to you? Isn't it sort of self explanatory?
Unprocessed supplements. Plant protein like hemp is a favorite of mine.
Eating grass fed and hormone ect free meat.
Plants. Nuts. Greens.
A burger at a fast food place, eating some crap chicken, highly processed supplements ect would be dirty protein.

I have eat the same breakfast damn near every day for the last 8 years
6 eggs
2 home made protein pancakes topped with nut butter (shite is delicious)
Apple dipped in nut butter
Glass of milk
Glass of water
Eggs, salmon, boneless chicken , whey protein. If this isn't in 80% of your food and in good proportions you aren't eating big

Hey man, you're being really aggressive and it's just not cool. I know what clean proteins are, but it's possible that someone else didn't. I just wanted to get it here on the page (where some of us use mobile devices and don't want to waste a ton of data) to keep it simple.
Don't kill yourself over it.
