- other’s constant self-referrentialism

What’s your run distance this morning? I’ve cut out the running and swimming 5x a week instead.

7 miles... had to walk a bit this morning tho. Staying up to watch football did me in last night.

Man, I wish I could do that.
Always loved to run, but my body was just not made for long-distance/endurance, even when I was younger (always have been more of a sprinter).
Got into HIIT for a while, but these days I just stick to walking or weights for cardio.
Would be really nice to get up on a cool morning and just hit the road, but I'd end up laid out in a ditch.
