That manager was gay baiting and race baiting that boy. I don't know what the hell was said before the tape started rolling but it's clear he's attacking the woman to get the boy to hit him. And taking his shirt off is all kinds of weird.
Honestly, his behavior was all kinds of more fricked up than the woman tossing tea at him after being called names.
