Mornin' people. 
we put our house on the market this weekend and already have a showing scheduled for this evening.
It'll probably be the only one for the next 3 months with this market though.

hopefully the mls will get better in a few years. its improved some but its still pretty tough to watch.

Anyway one of my friends mentioned something this weekend about maybe watching a baseball game on TV and I told him I'd rather watch cancer grow ... it seems that yours and his reactions are about the same.
FWIW baseball at the park/IRL amazing. On TV ... I rather watch & listen to nails scratch a chalkboard for twice the amount of time as a baseball game. So an average boring game is 4-5 hours, so I be there 10 ... Yeah I hate watching baseball on TV, it's the MOST BORING SPORT EVER.
Well that is if you can even consider it a sport with a guy such as this is able to play:
