Bella, I hate to break the news, but in late 90's and early 2000's they invented phones you could keep in your pocket or purse. Some even connect to the Internet allowing users to post from literally anywhere with reception.

I want someone to configure a raised hammock stand for my balcony. Sort of like a bistro level hammock so I can see above my balcony railing and enjoy my pretty view in a hammock.

I don't know about the chemistry of it but a little friction usually works for me.

Santa apparently blocked me on Twitter.... I'm so sad
His old lady must have told him to do it

I don't have anything to hang it on. I don't think I can drive a hook into the facade... And there are floor to ceiling windows that take up a lot of area.

Hook from ceiling? They would have to have a 2x4 or some kind of brace in the ceiling you could drill a hook into and then use either a chain or rope to hang it

The railing is solid so I need to be above it. I have a bistro table and chairs, and that lifts me high enough, but I want to lay in a hammock and read while I look out over everything.

There isn't a ceiling. It's an open patio sort of like a box with no top with the back side being the walls to my living room/bedroom, side walls a little lower and the partition to my neighbors, but made of the same stucco stuff, and the front wall lower, made of metal and concrete, facing out over the view.
