Yup. Any popular workout videos have torrents for them, so I am sure you can find one in that format.

Just make sure you download a .avi copy. That's the only format I've had 100% success with on the sexbox.

I pretty much stick to the SECr and the OTB, although I'll occasionally moonlight on the MSB.

I found one of the avi, I normally get .wmv for tv shows or whatever I want to watch and transfer it via usb harddrive since Xbox no longer cooperates with my linux computer..

P90X and Insanity aren't fun. Just saying. I much prefer my current workout program, and I am seeing similar results without feeling like I just got drug behind a truck for 10 miles every morning.
