I have 2 of them
1. Track and Field. Somehow you can control stride and turnover during sprints and distance events. Also if you get gassed, much like in real life you are done for the event or day.
2. Swimming. Buttons control breathing, strokes, paddling, starts off blocks, push off from walls etc. You can choose what type of pool (in/out short/Olympic)
Probably the worst ever ideas but they seem fun.

Track and field was awesome on the original Nintendo with a touch pad!

I always wanted a horse racing game. You have a stable of horses that you train and enter in races, and also ride during the race. Ultimate goal is of course trying to win the triple crown.
I would have loved that growing up.

A game where you play a serial killer that preys on unsuspecting women.

A Star Wars game where you can manually pilot a ship from planet to planet in real time. No cut scenes or hyperspace.

As mentioned, Track and Field has been done. Power Pad in the 80s. Wii Fit and Kinect nowadays

Hmm, real time. So you turn your computer on, set course for the nearest star system, wait 20+ years, come back to your computer to land on said planet? If your ship isn't traveling at the speed of light, then add about 50 years to the time to wait.
Sounds fun...

I've played this one before.

Traveling through hyperspace is a lot faster than the speed light

A predator/prey game.
You get to be a lion stalking a variety of animals. different levels mean harder animals to catch. Penalties in reduced stamina for missed kills. Periodic competition with other animals like crocs, heyenas, and dont piss off the hipos or the elephants.
Another version you get to be an eagle surveying the savannah for prey etc. Beware of poachers.
