Bad seats to a sporting event don't bother me, but bad seats to a concert is just insulting.

It is more of an age thing. The older you get, your eyes get worse and you need to be closer. In your 40's you stop wanting to be at the top of the venue. In your 60's the stairs start becoming an issue. In your 80's you just want to be near a bathroom.

I understand, didn't mean to come off rude if I did

I guess I just focus on watching the play develop when I'm up higher. Kind of like coordinator cam in Madden

This is another personal preference. My father's a huge fan and has been to more games than I'll ever go to. He's 65 and wouldn't go see Rocky Block live if you told him how it was going to end up. The man is comfortable with his comfy chair, flat screen and no traffic at this point in his life.

Hell, I'm 39 and would rather stay home for most games.

I love watching games on the big screen at home.

But there's no substitute for being in Kyle Field or the AT&T Center.

That's cool! Thanks for the tip & may I add my hubby's favorite gift from me?

I bought the Nascar Racing Experience for him (he's a Nascar fan, I'm NOT)..he shows everybody his 181 mph lap speed & picture of him climbing out of the car in his race suit!!

I got a bat like that from Louisville when I was 8, I remember thinking it was neat.

It's in the corner of my room now, it's my weapon against intruders.

If I can go live I will, no matter how old I get. TV is no substitute for sights, sounds, and smells of live event. I like the social nature of live events.
