Now here's a team that is chock full of 3 star players yet are taking the B1G and all of CFB by storm. A solid program year in and year out. That's who Mizzou should aspire to be.

They play a power system year in and out. They recruit big road graders on their o-line and d-line. The same with Michigan St.

Mizzou's o-line has some size, but the rest of the team in most positions are kind of light in the pockets.

As an Alum of both....Lots of similarities between the states. Wisco does a great job with Walk-Ons and identifying/developing small school/rural kids who turn into big ol' corn fed linemen. Supplement skill positions from urban centers/out of state and stay true to their identity.

Should be a model for Mizzou.

Not to take anything away from Wisconsin, I do know they are doing great this year, but I wonder how they'd do against the stacked SEC D-lines. Could they afford to be a power team recruiting at that level in the SEC? I could be wrong in believing the Dlines are bigger across the whole of the SEC world than the BIG.

They play a 3-4, but our defense is every bit as big as theirs. Our DBs are significantly bigger.

They’ve been beyond incredible of course, but the Big 10 plays a lower scoring type of football. The SEC used to be this way, but Big 12 style has really infiltrated this conference.

Let’s see what happens when they play Ohio St.

What Jesus said

If Wisconsin doesn't control the clock more than likely they lose bc they're not build to come from behind.

Mizzou is already pretty much Wisconsin in a tougher conference. You need higher aspirations, get the most out of some 4 and a few 5 stars.

Bielema was going to bring his "run it down their throats" Wisconsin ball to the SEC at Arkansas. His WI teams won a couple of Big 10 titles when the conference was down, had the media loving WI.

How did that work out?

The Illini just upset Wisconsin. I'm not an Illini fan, but they do look better this year.
