All the reports painted a scary picture and made it seem as if it was on the verge of a brawl like what happened in china 2 years ago with G-town or Uconn.
Okay. I'm not saying he should or shouldn't have removed his team from the situation. I'm saying it was bizarre and unprofessional the way he did it.
(And again, I highly doubt it was as bad as reported, the people taking the video seemed to not even know what he was angry about). But that is not even important, even if it was bad, a more professional person would have handled it a little classier. Didn't intend on making multiple posts about this, just wondered if anyone else saw the footage.

Well, according to The Bleacher Report Frank Haith - Mike Anderson is the #2 coaching rivalry in basketball right now.
I would link it, but I am not interested in being banned.

I saw it but without sound. I'm sure there was plenty of blame to go around on all involved would be my guess.

Why would you be banned for linking that?

I always thought there was a standing rule against linking bleacherreport in any decent sports message board.
I think that was the reference.

OH, I didn't realize this. Makes sense though.

I think as a coach, you have to be this time of year. You want your team to be a reflection of you on the court.
He's ramping up his emotions. He's trying to ramp up his teams emotions.
It's almost down to the point where if you lose, you go home. I think that conference tourny win last year felt good to Haith and he wants more. He is really in his coaching groove now I think. That defense that showed up against Arky was shutdown defense. I was impressed. Best defense I seen from Mizzou all year.

Agreed. And we'll need every bit of that on Saturday at Rocky Top. They're playing for a spot in the tournament, we're playing for a better one. It'll be intense.

I think if we can shut McRae down, UT has been susceptible to not being able to score. Hope that shutdown defense shows up tomorrow.
