Too bad I am deaf! It would be way to hard for me to communicate in a group and I am just not suit for that kind of stuff when dealing with a lot of communication in a group. I will need an interpreter. I can talked one on one but it is not going to be that simple. Good luck to those who applied for the job.

All jokes aside, 1999 would have been an awesome time to join a Big 12 staff. Getting to review film of the offenses Greg Davis, Mike Leach and Ron Hudson put on the field would have been a feast for the senses. You might have lost your job a year later but that was on the cusp of the offensive transformation in the conference.
