Have anybody ever considered that Mizzou isn't that attractive of a basketball school to any of these players, plus other schools lost out on these same transfer players.
When it's all said and done CM is going to have to find a way to make Mizzou basketball attractive to high school recruits with the quickness. We are also in the running for transfer players from Fresno St. and Hawaii.

I think everyone realizes this. But it's Cuonzo's job to change that, as you said in your own post. Being "in the running" for players does absolutely nothing for us if they don't commit.

We are entering year 4.
He’s worse off than he was in year 2.
He’s 50-46 at Missouri.
He’s 20-32 in conference play.
He’s worse than Haith at constructing a roster.
He’s almost as bad as Kim Anderson in recruiting.
He’s worse than Mike Anderson at rotating players.
But the real takeaway is that the athletic department hasn’t figured out basketball at the University of Missouri.

I really do feel worse about this program today than when Kim was the coach. We all knew Kim was mistake and that it was just a matter of time until he was replaced with someone else.
Well that someone else hasn't recruited much better and his contract is an albatross.

how would you stack him with player development? Id actually say its been better than I would have thought when actually looking at numbers outside of 1-2 players.

Meh.
Mark Smith is disappointing.
Tilmon was almost absent even before the injury last year.
He develops some players and then doesn’t play them. It was obvious towards the end of the season that Nikko should have been playing more. The only reason he did play as much as he did was Tilmon was injured. If Mark Smith didn’t get hurt, Pinson would’ve not really exploded IMO.

Teams saw that Mizzou was running their offense inside-out, so they put a defender in front of Tilmon and behind him so that he wouldn't get the ball and if he did it wouldn't be under the basket for an easy score. (Mizzou changed their offense and started running it outside-in.) They saw that they didn't have to worry about the 3, so they smothered Tilmon. You stop Tilmon nobody else where scoring.
When Tilmon was hurt and Nikko took his spot they didn't worry about Nikko and he was always open under the basket for a dunk or put-back.(I give Nikko credit for doing what was needed) A game before Tilmon came back teams started defending Nikko the same way they did Tilmon and he then became a non-factor the last few games of the year. When Tilmon came back and got his feet back he made Bama pay in the last game of the season.
