Where will he go? NBA? Isn't he a bit short? Another school? Where?

NBA

He performed well in summer camps. He got some pub at LeBron's summer camp.

Aside: top two prospects at LeBron's camp were Otto Porter and Tony Mitchell. ::smh::

Hey, good luck to him. I'm glad when they have success. Better get used to this happening. If we have success this year, and we start attracting really big time recruits, they won't be here for long. aka Kentucky.

Besides, we'll be just fine without him. We have some exellent PG's comming in. No frets.

We do have some good one's coming in. Selfishly, I'd like to see him around one more year as a bridge to the youngsters. As far is draft status, frankly, I have been shocked to hear that kind of talk along with the POY talk. Sure he's good, but he is super short, really doesn't have the greatest shot and has a tendency of getting out of control and trying to do to much. Before anyone jumps me for saying this, I do think his positives outweigh any negatives BY FAR. They are just the downsides that make surprised by the talk.

We got that transfer PG I think to come in as a successor to Phil. I kind of wish we had gotten Stevie because then we would have probably our next three PGs locked up. Next recruiting class though we need to get a big-time PG. We have seen how good this team can be with one in command.

It's not over yet with Stevie. According to PM, he will decide in the spring signing period, which will give Tim Fuller that opportunity to re-recruit Stevie. We were leading for him at one time, but it won't be easy as Okie St and Baylor are now the favorites. With the extra time though, they can try and work their way back in with him.

I frankly don't think he'll be quite NBA ready after this season. He's tremendously talented, but fair or not, he is tiny - even for a PG.

I feel the same way.

But I also feel like he'll leave for the NBA, but won't do very well.

I think basketball is different than football, sure you can still get hurt, but it's less of a risk. I wish these kids wouldn't want to rush through such a great time in their life. A guy like Phil should stay and enjoy dominating college and being in the spotlight but he won't.
