It's gonna be very crowded on gamedays when entering from the very front entrance, we lost so much distance between the entrance to the stadium to the sidewalk. Like 20 feet maybe more.

No. It's built in the same footprint as the previous brick facade. There's more landscaping in front, but that's all. Parking has been lost, but if anything the pedestrian space has increased.
