Like the imminent groundhog, I have returned.

The weather having moderated, the old man is back to his campus wanderings. The stadium was open today, fascinating to walk in the south side and see the fruition of Claire Mckaskills dreams.

All traces of structure past the North End Zone are gone. In the center of the hill where the Rock M was there is now a broad trench dug to just above field level. It goes back about 20 feet, and there is revealed the north end of the original quarry. Jesse Hall's ancient precursors peeking thru the dirt and rubble. Their chipping away at that now.

I would love to see any photos if you ever get the chance. That sounds wild and exciting for what is to come

I wish they had a cam stream like they did for the south end zone. I watched the SEZ construction almost daily. Was cool to see it go up

Why don’t we have a cam? Too early?

My phone cam sucks, or perhaps it is my skill that sucks, but I'll give it a try next time I'm in there.

I'd say it's too early for a construction cam. Nothing to see but mud and rocks right now. My guess when the first footings are set, we may see a cam.

Cardiovascular exercise. Good for ya, get the heart rate up. Especially during sorority rush week.

Rotate between the campus, the Katy, and the farm. The farm is my favorite, tote a Colt SAA and pot armadillos.

There ya go!. It does look more impressive from the field, but this'll be great when the actual construction starts.
