This shite is going to blow up. It was built in one pretty shaky foundations (someone called me a name) from square one, but this is just a joke.

Learn how to win, the win just wasn't enough for them so they had to push it.

They're terrorists. They're driving fear into the Mizzou community to achieve their goals. Not to mention the hit Mizzou has taken nationally to achieve their shite goals.

Absolutely disgusting.

Remember when I said yesterday that this group would over-reach? That as soon as the media attention began to wane, and the football team was back to focusing on football, that they would reach for more? Unreasonable demands, more attention? And if we just gave them enough rope and stepped back?

Yeah, I'm feeling pretty smart right about now.

In all seriousness though. I would bet that this whole episode has something to do with Butler's masters thesis, and this is a trial run for him. He will advise groups on campuses across the country on his to enact social change. He has done significant damage to the University, it's reputation and its football program. People have lost their careers, the university will lose revenue in the future. And for what? Hope he's happy.

My god reading Twitter right now you would think there are hooded men running around killing people at this exact moment.

Meanwhile in reality, it's just like Tuesday night four weeks ago.

Someone called someone a name, races will remain unmentioned, some chick is getting railed by a dude she met at The bar, and people are forsaking out over exams.

Lots of prayers for them all, though.

That's just so much BS, not even close to rooted in reality! And debunked by school officials and MUPD.

Like I said, give them time and enough rope... Race baiting idiots.

Figured I'd update y'all from an insider standpoint since I'm in Columbia during this.

These things aren't happening. The tales of racism, men in trucks harassing people on campus, people chanting white power, etc etc. None of that is happening, and it's a shame the national media is feeding everyone outside of Columbia false info.

As many have already pointed out, there's a reason there aren't any pictures or videos of any of this. Because it is not happening. The protesters are creating all these sensationalist, blatantly false stories and people on social media just believe it and it goes viral despite being untrue.

The campus is safe. No buildings were evacuated. The KKK was never here. This is a normal Tuesday night like any other night in Columbia. Do not believe anything you hear. If you want news, look to The Maneater (they've done an excellent job) or a local news source, but do not listen to Twitter. Social media is their strategy--they will continue flooding it with false accusations to fuel the fire.

I wish there were a way to stop them, but with the national media gobbling up everything they say as the truth, I don't know what can be done.

The person posting threats on Yik Yak is in custody. 1 person using multiple accounts. Police say that this person was never near campus.

I don't give a shite what color he is, I hope he spends at least the next 4 years in prison and has to carry a felony for life.

I think all the kkk stuff was an agenda or paranoia and should be addressed but as a parent of a student, whoever made the threat needs to be made an example of. Even if drunk posting or thinking he was funny, it wasn't.

I don't know if there were any "formal" evacuations but I know my daughter was escorted by a cop back to her dorm and told she couldn't stay and wasn't to leave her dorm.
