How many recruits do you think we lose?

A bunch. Hester (our only 4*) is definitely gone. Many, many more

At this point it is irrelevant. There are a bunch of guys that are going to get run off.

Problem is the recruiting restrictions. If we lose a bunch of recruits then the visit and contact restrictions take on a new meaning for the new coach.

This isn't going to be a two year process and a culture change is coming.

We were staring 4-8 or 5-7 in the face next year. I’m not sure what the year after that looked like.

This was happening now or later.

Kiffin and Heupal win more than that. I could see Clark in that range year 1.

next 2 years are going to be tuff. Unless we make a bad hire we won't know what we've got till year 4

Good news is we know our fanbase will be patient with the new coach

You’re going to be surprised. Because I think they will actually be patient.

If players don’t transfer the next 2 seasons should be 6-8 win seasons minimum. Talent on the field wasn’t why Mizzou had a disappointing season.

Odom is leaving a roster that should be ready to win.

Hire Clawson and there will be problems with a slow start. Get someone with any type of excitement and the fanbase will give him time.

Pinkel left a roster with way more holes than Odom is leaving.

I think the were pretty damn patient with BO. Hell, we still had/have fans that thought he should be back for one more year even after saving his worst year for year 4 of his "rebuild".

Lol, there was a strong contingent wanting him fired in just first year. The bandwagon types really never bought in. He lost his job when he lost the fans that actually matter.

The bandwagon types are exactly why Mizzou can not afford to make a snoozer of a hire. They’ll be railing his arse 6 games in

You can't piss and moan about undisciplined play and mistakes and worry about a slow start.

Clawson's team is 3rd in the country in penalties per game with and their performance vs recruiting is comparable to GPs. He isn't completely rebuilding a roster like at WF and I would welcome the culture he would bring.
