Bazelak is QB1. Liked what I saw from him.

after 2 games, 3rd down defense is the teams biggest issue. Point blank.

Jeffcoat and wiliams as the DE's. Turner is useless.

MORE TOUCHES for LR3. Only 18 touches, should have been closer to 20-25

we have a stud FG kicker

run defense struggled.

Thats all

DL sucks, and bad.

WR can’t catch the ball, but they are getting open so maybe that improves.

Feel pretty good about the rest of the squad

Doms drop was bad, because it was a sure 6 points, but thought we did better catching the ball than the bama game

It appears we have a Quarterback, and a kicker.

I like the scheme, and the energy, but clearly Drink is going to need his own players to execute it. The receivers still cannot catch, even when the play call gets them clearance, and Walters still seems mystified by the concept of 3rd and Long. The defense seems strangely passive in those situations. Not sure he's going to still be there after this season.

A long year it wil be.

If skill players still suck even with a new coach, chances are they’ve always sucked.

Knox is the only one worth a damn but still has menta lapses.

The rest can go.

Odumb left Drink a lot of work.

Repairing the Dline with is undersized and lacking a pass rush.

Oline is weak and easy pushed aside.

Skills guys garbage.

We have a QB that might be worth something.

Definitely a year three to look good job.

Odom should be fired from his current job for the mess he left on the DL

Walters has to go. This is a few years of incompetent defense especially on 3rd down.

It’s really hard to play 3rd down defense, or any defense for that matter, when your DL causes almost no disruption

4 wins seems highly doubtful. 2 wins seems about right. And zero wins is still possible.

Drinkwitz needs to give Cook a chance somewhere against a team like Vanderbilt.

He is very poor at scheming up pressure with blitzes, too. He has had enough excuses. Time to let someone else fix it.

The whole team was flat as a pancake to start; big step back. Defense seems to be in a bubble. I like our FR kicker; the guy has a big leg and is accurate.

CB at QB is a no brainer. LIII needs more touches. WR need a lot of WR 101 "How to catch the damn ball" training.

This is going to be a long term rebuild. Just accept it. I believe in Drinkwitz, but not in most of these players.

The lines in particular will need to be replaced from the inside out. Most of the current lines belong in G5/FCS programs. Odom's recruiting was gawd awful. For this alone we kept him too long,

I did not like the Walters rehire, and still don't. He was retained for "continuity", but I consider him part of the problem.

If so who would have been the HC? That is where some HCs would not go to Missouri if fired Odom with a winning record. Missouri was not in the right position to hire a good HC. Drinkwitz looks like a good one and no big schools went after him because he only had 1 year HC experience. But Arkansas was the one that interviewed him and he went to missouri over Arkansas.
