So far the staff has two of the top returning olinemen, two of the top returning WRs, the top RB (if he plays), and one of the top TEs (not the one you would expect).

Look Jordon screwed the pooch 2 seasons ago with 2 really bad drops. But he is much more physical, quicker out of his breaks and has a much more solid build. I like this kid.

Drink's strength is building a balanced roster that is competitive. That's why I scoff at those who think we'll be below .500. Mizzou's floor has never been higher.

Harris is an elite blocker that could find himself on an NFL roster if he can ever find the handles in the pass game. Hopefully the Atkins can get Harris and Norfleet to perform at their peak this year.

I think they will have a few guys on D as well but not as many as the Offense. Rodriguez and Woodyard should be there and I think Gracial will as well if his pass rush grade doesn't drag him down. He was one of the highest rated run defenders in country at DT last year. Banner could show up as well.

Rodriguez is the #5 LB in the nation, good for what looks like 3rd in the SEC. Woodyard shouldn't be too far behind.

No Tigers make the preseason list but Smith will make post season with Hopkins being a dark horse to make it as well.

Gracial is tied for #2 in the conference.

I would love to see Norfleet finally have the breakout season we have been theorizing about for years now.

Me too. He has to stay healthy. He has had some sort of upper body injury every year and it ends up tanking his ability to punch and handfight when blocking his position. It also impacts his catch radius and what he is willing to do after the catch. Through six games last year he was on pace to match Albert Os production. He disappeared after the Bama game.

I think we're deep enough at TE so we can lighten Norfleet's snap count. Maybe take a little weight off his shoulders.

I want him in playing condition to never have to come off the field. The defense hasn't had to worry about Harris at all in the pass game. When he is in the game, it shrinks the book. Unless his ball skills have improved dramatically, it is going to hinder the offense. Lindsey's offense uses 21 personnel quite a bit. The top two have to make it happen when they are in the pattern.

He said that he's focusing on hands instead of shoulder on blocking. It might be difficult to fight the instinct of lowering a shoulder. Fingers crossed he avoids that one hit.
