StL loves to rent their football teams...and pay through the nose. History repeating itself.

The lack of on-site tailgaiting has undercut the StL pro football experience as has the lack of a divisional rival within driving distance, so seeing a significant tailgaiting area is nice. And that location can be easily (relatively) secured from thugs is another positive.

I'd love to see Mizzou play a neutral site game there.

Hell, with that stadium I think the team will need a name change.

I nominate the name...

Fancy Boys

The video is well done and if they build it with all those amenities I might be jealous. Good luck Rams fans!

I like it.Peacock knows how to execute a well conceived plan.Is the surface still fake turf?

Not that its an absolute requirement, but i thin k MLS prefers real grass, and not that STL has a team either, but i think that is part of the sell.

The Rams need realignment in the worst way if they are staying in St Louis. The whole original move was haphazard and not well thought out. Trying to keep west coast rivalries intact that were there because of their regional location was silly once they moved to STL.

The AFC West is the obvious choice if the Raiders and Chargers both end up in LA but the AFC south is also interesting if you bump the Texans out west.

I wish they would use Enterprise field over National. It just sounds better but oh well.

I think the Rams are LA bound but a good shot to move the raiders even though Davis is saying that won't happen. would be great to have KC as a rival.

I wish I knew if all of Peacock's efforts are going to matter.

Part of me thinks he's been already been promised something (expansion team / Jacksonville / Oakland on a resale) because of the relentlessness and methodicalness of what he's done.

With his A-B history, he's extremely well connected with Roger Goodell and the NFL owners and was recently named to some NFL Hall of Fame board or committee. He's already one of them, speaks their language and runs in their circles.

Then we have the arse hat that is Stan Kroenke. Unless this has been the best job of play acting in NFL history, he's been actively scheming to leave since the day he bought out Georgia Frontiere's kids. I rarely allow anything to elicit feelings of hate, but I hate the cocksucker.

I know this is an overstatement, but in some ways St. Louis' national standing / perception hangs in the balance coming off the black eye of Ferguson. We simply can't afford to lose another football team and it's going to be a True Son who knifes us in the back. frick him. frick him.

Did you see the NFL town hall? Randy Karraker spelled out the backstabbing chapter and verse. St. Louis is and deserves to be an NFL city. We've just been cursed with the worst set of owners in NFL history: Bill Bidwill, Georgia and Kroenke - a social retard, a spiritualist and Gordon Gekko. lo-fricking-l.

Oh well, whatever. I'm done. In the end, I hope for our region we stay in the club.

Don't like fake turf, hope it is changed to grass.Haven't heard anything new about a MLS team coming. The MLS commissioner spoke at a rally held months ago, and seemed to speak favorably about the STL.Has anyone locally stepped up willing to buy an expansion team?
