Can't ask a smaller woman out on a date at Mizzou
First, the article points out that the guy was a large "Black" man and the woman was a small "White" woman. I thought that was totally unnecessary.
Second, are you kidding me? A title ix offense if she is smaller than me? WHAT??? So all Mizzou men have to take tape measures and scales with them to the bar? whats next, a badge with dick measurements to insure no vaginal discomfort during sex?

I don't understand. How does Mizzou even start going down this rabbit hole? If this was a story about a California school OK, but Mizzou? I don't remember this type of sentiment when i was there.

I was under the impression it was more about the repeated attempts, not his size, the size answer was to a separate question to the official in a deposition.

A statement to the effect that big dude and small girl equals Title IX violation would be bullshite. I read it in the article but didn't see it in the legal documents, though I didn't read them carefully.
Having said that, what was in the legal paperwork sure makes it sound like this is a creepy dude or at minimum doesn't understand boundaries. Past complaint and warning to go with this one.

townhall.com is a website started by the heritage foundation with an extreme right bias rating. Article is bullshite. And design to get middle aged white men angry. Surprised you went for it so easily.

They have Mizzou on google search because they know that any social justice story with Mizzou in the title gets them X number of clicks. “You won’t believe what our friends at Missouri are up to now! Click through to see our ads.”
