English will be the pick and is the real target. Gates floated out so people will say WTF, we should just hire English if Gates is the only option.

Well, in this case, I'd go with English. He seems to be popular and neither are proven.

I mean, chances are that it's gonna be Gates so don't get your hopes up. But at the same time, there's a lot of wordplay with these stories..."target" "interest" etc...nobody has reported a deal is in place.
