If these allegations are true, the kids who hurled the insults need to be expelled. However, I have a strong suspicion that this has been blown out of proportion. That letter reads like it was written by an angsty teenager.

I caught that too. There was a group of guys with at least 1 girl, maybe 2, and it was a girl who used the slur. They were drunk and knocking over trashcans. Classy. At least 1 of the girls involved in the confrontation was an Alpha Phi, from the report. I doubt she will be much longer.
DU may end up being cleared of most, if not all, wrongdoing. Their national organization may require them to host a workshop or something. But it doesn't sound like the fraternity was deeply involved, other than the confrontation taking place on their property and members going onto the porch to watch the "fight" - all the cops say they never heard any member of the fraternity use a racial slur.

Oh WTF, who the hell raised these idiots. Let me guess, their parents wanted to be their best friend. Take each one of these azzholes down to the Military Processing Station and enlist them for 4 years in the Marine Corps, that will grow them the frick up.
