He needs to step outside his tree and diversify the running game and while getting a guy that can coach a QB. The dipshit that took over RockM is wanting Jonathan Smith. This offense needs hard reset and Smith would be more of the same of what this offense has been every year sans 2023.

Kade Bell makes about $270k. Offer him 1 million and get it done next week so the QB has plenty of time to get in the portal and get his Mizzou NIL framework done. If Pribula follows Moore and Horn leaves that alone frees up 2.2 million.

If Drink hasnt figured out that the answer is somewhere in the middle, he wont have to worry about hitting that 8 win automatic extension. This pro-tempo, west coastish, outside zone based offense isnt hard for the better teams to defend. Smith won 3 total conference games the last two seasons in the B1G. His best year at Oregon St he went 1-3 vs ranked PAC12 teams. If this is Drink's hire they will be a 5 win team next year.

In conference that sack of shite averaged 19 in conference play. In the Big 10. fricker scored only 14 on Rutgers, 27 on the dregs of Maryland, 13 on UCLA…. Everywhere he’s been that dumb frick has had pathetic qb play. This is a dude who thought it wise to portal in DJ U’s sorry arse to play QB at Oregon State. That got him fired.
