Crazy or undeserved or not, pissing off ESTL wouldn’t be the wisest thing. Was also dumb a tenth year senior got a tenth senior night series over Macon, but whatever.

As for Mookie… well. Hard to know how good or bad he is in a one read system with a one read QB and our shitty camera angles to see who’s open downfield.

Lovett and Burden seem to be doing fine so I doubt anyone other than Macon's family thinks we're "pissing off ESL."

A coach cannot spend hours of his day concerned with the parents who think their kid should play more.

Winning cures a lot of stuff.

So does playing well and neither Mookie nor Tyler have. When you're 0 for your opportunities, then stop bitching.

I dunno about the not playing well thing for Macon given his only real shot was that brief UGA series last season. You probably mean not practicing well. Which would be fair if that’s the case. If he’s arse as a QB in practice, he’s probably arse. Weird he didn’t get any action with the game solidly in hand. Why did we even keep him on roster?

But then again. Wasn’t fan favorite Henry Josey notoriously bad in practice but awesome when the bright lights were on?

Cooper I can’t get a handle on. But again. I can’t tell half the time how our WRs are actually doing with our dogshit camera angles and the zoomed in lens.

There's a YT video saying Sam Horn sucks in practice and if you listen to Drink's NMS postgame remarks he talked about guys not taking advantage of opportunities.

How many good plays has Mookie made? Considering how great he's supposed to be, not many.

It's so hard to judge because the offense has been so stale. I have no doubt Macons ppl thinks he should play over Cook. But another way to look at it, is if you can't make it obvious you are better than Cook, then there is an issue.

I fear the best ESL players will be taking a hard look at LSU for the foreseeable future anyway.

That was about not taking advantage of the game opportunities this weekend.

Horn had a great run, a great seam ball, and then a bad hospital ball. I don’t think that’s a Horn criticism.

He mentioned younger players. Mookie is technically a junior now right?

And no he hasn’t made many great plays. Few of our skill players have over the last two years sans Badie if we’re being honest and a lot of that is poor Oline and poor QB play and poor play calling.

Not playing Macon was aclear indication he has no future here. Sad because of what I have seen from the little he played vs UGA last year and the Spring Game he has wheels. Funny as that is Cook's best trait.

So Mookie can't light it up at Ohio State so he comes to Mizzou where he continues to NOT light it up.

But, that's on Mizzou.

Gotcha.

Jalen Knox and Mookie are similar. Both thought they could do better than Mizzou. Both made bad decisions and it is costing them money and playing time.

If Knox would have stayed he would have started at Mizzou instead of being a walk-on at Ole Miss with zero catches and a few tackles on special teams

If Mookie had came to Mizzou out of high school he would probably be getting more money and have more snaps.

Difference is that Mookie has a few years to improve and Knox is probably done. After Knox’s freshman year he looked like he was on track to get drafted, but now he is probably hoping just to get a degree.

Macon should transfer. He is not going to get playing time as a QB unless Horn transfer’s and Gabarri decommit’s and Cook gets hurt

Knox had academic issues which was at the forefront of his transfer.
