I have them winning 7 games this year. Just a feeling. I would love to be wrong and see them win 10.

I was going to drop 5k on it, but you have to be a NJ resident.
The lay is not enticing though
It’s literally free money though

If kelly bryant gets hurt there’s no way we get 7 wins

If the Cubs and Blues can overcome their demons, so can Mizzou.

SEC FOOTBALL – WHO’S BETTER -THE SAME – OR WORSE?
By: Larry Burton
Missouri – Missouri is a team that’s hard to predict. They lose games they shouldn’t and win games they shouldn’t, but they are scrappy in most of them and any team that plays them better be ready for their best punch. Last season they went 8-5 and are hoping for a little more. With Kelley Bryant transferring in from Clemson, they may just just do that.
A favorable schedule with cross division West foes like Arkansas and Ole Miss may make making a bowl easy work. Along with incoming QB Kelley to keep things going, the Tigers also get back their top running backs and some good linemen. Scoring points won’t be a problem this season.
Even if their final record isn’t better than last year’s 8-5 mark, they’re going to be a better team that can create more problems for teams than they were last year. Look for a 9-4 mark.

No Larry, making a bowl won't be easy unless the NCAA reverses course.

I’m not so sure we’ll be better than last year, but I do expect the record to be better.
Last year the schedule was a lot harder and we lost two games where some bad calls really cost us. That was a pretty good team really. Seemed to have more depth than we’ll have this year.
We’ll see. We do have some strong talent in several areas, but we also need to have a fair share of question marks answered positively. More than last year IMO.

Don't forget the controversial win vs Purdue and the win against Vandy where the clock ran out as they were driving for the winning td. That evens out with our 2 controversial losses.
Odom loves this team's chances and I'm puzzled by this team than most on here and in the media regardless of our so-called weak schedule.

Borom and White both have better feet than the guys they replace just as KP and Adams were upgrades over the guys before them. Building a power running game was BO's goal when he took the team and it should manifest in year two under Davis. Bryant, LR3, Badie, and Bakare running behind these guys will be an upgrade over last year.
Defensively I think the line play vs the run will be comparable. Elliott's ability to disrupt is unquestionable and Whiteside is a two gap player in the middle that can keep Garrett clean. Antar Thompson is my wild card on the interior. He squared off with Simms in the Spring game on several plays and stood his ground or spilled the play. His physical maturity is well beyond the rest of the two deep at DT and I think he will be getting a lot of reps this fall. It's year 3 for Chris Turner. He sets the edge well but if he doesn't start making hay on passing downs, Hansford or Jeffcoat will over overtake him. Jeffcoat played a fraction of the snaps Turner got and ended the season with one less sack and QB hurry. Historically, the DEs all made a significant jump in year 3 and the defense really needs Turner to take it.
For those worried about a deep threat, MU appears to have at least one returning:

by the end of the season, we will probably have played two ranked teams and four teams that won't get in the top 100. It's just brutal. Hopefully, nobody gets killed.
