Not sure this means too much but I'm very surprised with the QB situation. Scott looked horrible in the spring game and Lowery is nothing more than roster filler. Very surprised Wilson is not the backup, and I think a big mistake.

DE depth is lacking to say the least. Perkins at 200 lb playing LB.

BOs ept charts are always a joke. Ouside of the obvious starters that stuff is for motivation by players he wants to step up or as a ruse for other teams trying to gameplan. Most coaches do this now. It’s why its so hard to bet on college football. You never know which possibly injured player is going to play until kickoff.

The secondary wasn’t that bad last year after Walters took over most of the DC responsibilities and moved Prewett and Sherrills to start at safety.

I’m hoping that Holmes, Petry or Mills emerge at CB so that Acy can move to FS. I like Acy more as a safety than corner.

Like most Mizzou defenses over the last decade of he play of the DL will determine how the secondary looks.

Failed to realize Prewett was not on there. I guess that doesn't necessarily mean he's not back on the team.

Hard situation to read

I think the secondary can be solid if they can get someone to keep Hilton's reps at a minimum. Texas had 4 4* WRs rotating in the game and Sparks and Acy did a good job handling them. Their leading receiver in that game was a running back. Playing Hilton as a single high safety in Man 1 or Cover 3 doesn't really do much for me. The transfer from Oregon needs to be able to take that spot over.

The guy who isn't even on the 2 deep?

I still think Prewett is going to be part of the team. He sure acts like it on Twitter anyway.

I like Hilton. He's a gambler. Just keep him out of the box and let him take some chances on passes over the middle.

Don't think he's even on campus yet, but they likely didn't bring in a grad transfer to sit on the end of the bench

Why isn't a grad transfer on the team a month before the season starts?

Yes, the guy that is not on the media day two deep.

Were they supposed to put him on there because he is doing a great job of lifting weights, running conditioning drills, and going to summer classes?

I think I'll wait to be concerned if he isn't on the two deep issued at the end of August.

Hilton is garbage and the FS has to be able to step into the box and make a difference in this league.

The season doesn't start in a month. He'll be here by the time camp starts.

Who cares about a two deep issued in the middle of the summer? It is talking season. Agbasimere was a player all of the defensive coaches were talking about last spring and summer. "He would be a guy that would be hard to keep off the field right now." They were trying to push Williams to reach his potential because once the snaps started meaning something, Agbasimere never played.
Albert O registered more tackles than "Smash" did last season.
