I also often wonder Locks stats and winning % had he had WR talent to throw to like DX. That MFer singlehandedly got Gabbert drafted where he was imo by accounting for about 50%+ of his passing yards.

I really don't see how you could leave Gabbert off, unless it's Tyler Gabbert

Singlehandedly is an exaggeration. He didn't have Alexander his last year. But he did have Egnew and Moe. Both had 90 catches that year.

Both lists are missing College Hall of Famer, NFL Hall of Famer Roger Wehrli. C'mon man!
One of my favorite stats; In 1968, his 40 punt returns and 12-yard return average led the nation. To finish off an 8–3 season, Wehrli had a decisive interception to help lead the Missouri to a 35–10 victory over the University of Alabama in the Gator Bowl.
He will make the top five of Matter's list.
