Given that we are losing Criswell, Ross, Brown, and Clarkson do we really have to go through the dumpster fire that next season will be with Haith.

Yes I know we do. But if we didn't which coach you got?

How bout Cronin from Cincinnati, or maybe Kowalczyk from Toledo (worked with Pinkel)

You're gonna have Haith 2 more years regardless of what happens next year, unless JW3 and Clark transfer along with the other departures you talked about.

I'm also not sold on Clarkson and Brown leaving anymore. I think they've been exposed as one dimensional players and teams have figured out how to stop them. They're damn good one dimensional players, but I think them being exposed will affect their draft value as well.

I'm really not sold on this common idea that Haith gets at least two more years. With attendance numbers plummeting and fan apathy setting in, I think the AD (although this is putting a lot of faith in Alden) will know when to cut the cord.

If Haith's record looks like:

30-5(14-4) NCAA 1 and done
23-11(11-7) NCAA 1 and done
21-12(9-9) NIT 1 and done
18-15(8-10) No postseason

That's enough of a trend right there to justify a firing. Fan attendance was down roughly 22% this year, and if the season played out worse next year, it would plummet even further. The AD would be hard pressed to justify a year 5.

Yeah. If we're .500 next year (our OOC isn't anything impressive either) and attendance falls off again, I wouldn't be surprised to see a move made.

Ummm. NO

Eustachy
Interdasting.

Eustachy or Cronin. Either one of these makes me want to go buy tickets again. Does that make me bad?

I had thrown Eustachy out there before. Someone had mentioned I think the Louisiana Tech coach, White maybe? Beyond that, I have no clue if I'm being reasonable and not saying Billy Donovan.

Didn't Eustachy get in trouble in CoMo?

The guy enjoys himself some Mizzou parties and Natty Lights. More power to him.

So basically nobody has any good ideas. That's why the man survives, friends.

ETA
I think I have figured it out. ATX is a thinly disguised Haith alter.
