I thought we had a major coaching disadvantage, but watching some of the early games just reinforces the fact that there are a lot of average teams and a few very good ones.

Our mid to bottom is still better than most conferences top to bottom team slate though. Which means we still can go anywhere from 5-7 to 9-3 depending on factors we control including coaching.
We don't come into the Vandy and Tennessee game with our mind right and we lose.

Perception does play a major part in crafting the realities of a program on the outside.
You are right, Auburn is horrible on offense with a team that has reportedly quit but Tennessee still beat a ranked team this week in the record books and that is something we have not done since 2014.
