How will Coach O recruit?

Recruiting under Pinkel was fairly boring with a few notable exceptions. That was fine with me as I knew he was going to do a fair amount of winning and that's what ultimately mattered.
I'm left to wonder if Odom will be better/worse on the recruiting trail. He seems to share a lot of similar characteristics with Pinkel. More substance than style. Meat and potatoes. Not the type of guy that's going to be fitted for a grill by Paul Wall or have a nightclub in the weight room. He doesn't tweet. Seems to be kind of a throwback. Maybe even more so than GP.
Thoughts on how his demeanor will play in recruiting?

I find it funny that some people say that these things are ok for recruits but not current players.

I think recruiting stays the same except they will try to lockdown the state. None of the coaches have the 4/5 star background. Heupel should keep us stocked with decent QB's. Winning will help keep the local kids home other than that, the occasional 4 star here and there. I am surprised Odom didn't hire 1 recruiting mercenary to work Texas, maybe Cross will develop into that position.
